Bag Requirements
A “bag” means a tied, standard 13‑gallon trash bag
We don't charge by weight to save our clients the headache of not knowing what their final price will be!
No overstuffing, rips, or tears
Clothes must be left on the porch for pickup
Service Schedule
Pickups and drop‑offs: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Other days may be available upon request
The laundry lady will reach out to confirm a pickup time the day before pickup is scheduled, or within 2 hours of booking (for same day pickups)
